About Peter Nahmias

Peter Nahmias JD, Ldo Dcho, FCIArb, is an accredited arbitrator and mediator. He has over 30 years of professional experience with a particular focus on highly regulated industries.

Prior to launching his international dispute resolution practice, Peter effectively dealt with multiple commercial disputes skilfully navigating complex legal issues.

He is admitted to the bars of NY, NJ and Madrid, Spain and has worked all over the world.

Areas of Practice

The primary focus of my practice is on the successful resolution of international commercial disputes through alternative dispute resolution(ADR). Of the many forms of ADR practiced, I concentrate on arbitration and mediation.

ARBITRATION

Acting as Arbitrator (either as sole arbitrator or member of a panel), selected by the parties to commercial disputes either directly or through the rosters of the various international arbitral organizations, to which I belong.

MEDIATION

Acting as mediator or third party neutral, selected by the parties to commercial disputes either directly or through the courts or though the various mediation organizations with whom I work.
